A: There has been a recently discovered issue with the Duo authentication system 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 uses for login services that doesn’t play well with 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 / App. The issues is not with 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网/App but with Duo. Duo is aware of the issue and is actively working on a fix. Until that fix is released, iPhone users will have to be running the latest version of iOS—13.6.1—to use 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 / App. Here’s how to check your version and update your OS if needed.

Here’s the list of iPhones that are able to run iOS 13.6.1:

  • iPhone 11
  • iPhone 11 Pro
  • iPhone 11 Pro Max
  • iPhone XS

If your phone is not on this list, don’t worry. We expect Duo to release an update shortly. Once that happens, it will no longer be necessary to have the latest version of if iOS installed. In fact, 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 / App requires a minimum of iOS 10 to run, which is compatible with a broader range of iPhones down to the iPhone 5, released in 2012.

In the meantime, some users have reported success getting around the bug with Duo by authenticating using the passcode option of Duo. Here’s a short video on how to do that:

Please note: This is an unofficial fix and may not work for everyone!
