Sign Up for Housing

To sign up for housing at 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网, each student must:

1. Submit the required enrollment and housing deposits.
2. Complete the online housing application through LIVE@澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网.

If you have questions about your deposit, please contact Student Accounts at studentaccounts@mica.edu.

Spring 2026 Application Opens:
The housing application will be available on LIVE@澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 beginning Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

On-Campus Housing Requirement

All first-time, first-year students and transfer students entering at the freshman or sophomore level are required to live in on-campus housing. Students must also sign an agreement to remain in on-campus housing for their second year.

For information on exemptions, please review the Housing Exemption Policy.

Room Assignments

Spring residents will not be able to select a specific room or roommate group. Assignments are made based on availability and responses to the Lifestyle Questions on the housing application.

Please answer all questions honestly — your responses help us create the best possible roommate pairings and living experience!
