CSLs participate at various levels of hourly commitments per semester and are provided space to process and reflect on their experiences outside of 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网, as well as opportunities for continued professional and personal development with the expectation that they will utilize this learning out in the community. CSLs are recruited annually, trained for the position, and then facilitate weekly art sessions or various programming at the site where they are placed.

2024 Reflections - Community Site Leaders
Community Site Leaders with 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 worked hard during the Spring 2024 term to build connections, serve at local organizations, and thrive with the City of Baltimore. Here are some reflections from our 2024 Community Site Leaders:
"I have loved a chance to build relationships with members of the Baltimore Community, because we have learned so much from each other."
"Now that I'm more settled into the site, I want to push myself more. More initiative, more ideas, more engagement! I am excited to step in to new responsibilities."
"I really enjoyed the informational meetings that taught us about art and children's development, and the artist talks."
"I have become more brave about asking questions and adjusting to a new workplace. I have become ferociously passionate about all things art and community art."
"Being a CSL has given me different perspectives of how art can be valuable outside of an academic setting. I definitely want to incorporate this into my own practice."
