- Register your proof of vaccination (vaccine card) within Workday. This is how we will be able to know 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网’s percentage of vaccinated individuals.
- Answer the one question survey that lets us know that you have completed your upload, if you need help, if you need transportation to obtain your vaccine, or if you are vaccine hesitant.
And remember, all employees who have uploaded their proof of vaccination to Workday by Friday, June 11 will automatically be entered into a drawing to win 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 Store swag!
