Chris Attenborough was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his BFA in photography from Maryland Institute College of Art (2005) and a MFA in Studio Art from the Burren College of Art, National University of Ireland (2009). He has also studied at the Royal College of Art, London. Attenborough is the co-founder of the Roving Project: a wandering gallery occupying slack space for short-term exhibitions, he has exhibited at the Irish Museum of Contemporary Art, Monster Truck, Seven (Miami Art Fair), Catalyst, (E)merge (DC Art Fair), Queens Art Express and G126. Chris is Director of Creative Engagement and employee owner of Union Craft Brewing, and Union Collective where his studio is also located.
