NPR Listen: An Elevated Listening 澳门金沙投注_任你博-官网 Connecting Audiences with Content and Each Other
This research case study focuses on understanding the goals, needs, and challenges of NPR listeners. I collected and synthesized generative and evaluative data to design high-fidelity MVP flows using UX methodologies. The result is an improved experience for listeners that also supports the mission and financial needs of NPR.
